If you’ve made a mistake with your address, please contact Customer Service, we will make every effort with carrier to retrieve your order and update the address details. We can launch an investigation with carrier once the items are missing for more than 5 business days.
Please note that all orders purchased will be refunded to the original payment type and card via our online returns process that can be found within our Return Policy page.
