Encouraging you to care for your jeans and offering a range of tips to help make each pair last, we’re committed to an ethical, sustainable and uncompromised product. With our hero supplier working with the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) to create a more sustainable cotton production cycle, we’re recycling PET plastic into polyester fibre and adding it to our cotton wool and denim, and introduced our innovative Laser Wash process in 2018. Performed by hi-tech computer systems, the new fading and destruction process not only saves water by 67%, but conserves energy by 62% and reduces the use of chemicals by up to 85%.

Slashing packaging impact, we’re delivering stock to stores in recyclable cardboard boxes and, where possible, avoiding packaging our garments individually. Where it’s still necessary, we’re proud to say that we’ve upgraded to biodegradable polybags.

YKK, our iconic zipper suppliers, also share our values on environmental change and safe working conditions, and are actively pursuing initiatives to reduce their impact on the planet and protect worker’s rights. Working to eliminate hazardous chemicals from the manufacturing process, they’ve also developed ECO-DYE technology, reduces the amount of water in the zipper dying process to almost zero, and (like us) are innovating with recycling and producing zippers made from PET bottles, old fibre and polyester remnants.
