Product Warranties

Our product is covered by the specified warranties below. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by. If you choose to contact customer care via e-mail, please include:

  • Style number
  • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
  • A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt)

Handbags and Small Leather Goods Warranties

We offer a one year warranty on our handbags and small goods. For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe we are happy to assist! Please contact us and have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.

Clothing Warranty

All of our apparel is seasonal, and we provide you with extra buttons or beads in case any go missing (be sure to keep them safely stored!). Due to the delicate nature of our designs, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. However, for any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.

Jewellery Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all of our jewellery for damage caused by manufacturing defects. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, it’s best to store jewellery in their dust bags. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email, or stop by.

Shoe Warranty

We are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear. However, if your recent footwear purchase has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.

Retail Watch Warranty

We partner with GDL Accessories to produce Coach Retail watches. We are happy to provide a two year limited warranty which covers only material and manufacturing defects including the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The limited warranty does not cover batteries, case, crystal, straps, gold-plating, scratches or any damages arising from normal wear, accidents, or water damage (unless marked water-resistant.) In addition, it does not cover issues from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than the GDL Accessories authorized service centre.

GDL Accessories manages all repairs via their free return service. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.

Outlet Watches and Eyewear

We offer a one year warranty on our Outlet watches and Eyewear. For any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your original proof of purchase when you call, email or stop by.


Product Care

Complimentary Lifetime Leather Care and Cleaning

Love your leather, and it’ll love you forever. To help preserve the beauty of your bag over time, we offer free lifetime leather care at our Coach Retail and Outlet stores. Simply visit your local Coach store and we’ll professionally clean and condition your bag while you shop (tip: bring a back-up bag for your belongings). We recommend this service every three months.

How to Clean and Care For Coach Products


HOW TO CLEAN COACH LEATHER

Start with our Coach Leather Cleaner. Apply a small amount to a clean, soft cloth. Rub onto the leather using circular strokes. Wipe off any residue and let dry for 30 minutes.

Follow with Coach Leather Moisturizer to enhance the luster of the leather. Apply a small amount to a clean, soft cloth. Rub onto the leather using circular strokes and buff the leather to produce a natural luster. Wipe off residue.

Note: Coach Leather Cleaner should not be used on Sport Calf, suede or haircalf leathers. Coach Leather Moisturizer should not be used on buffalo, calfskin, suede or haircalf leathers.


HOW TO CLEAN COATED CANVAS AND FABRIC/JACQUARD

Clean with a fabric cleaner and soft cloth. To use, apply a small amount to a soft white cloth and rub in gentle circular motions. Wipe away excess with a clean white dampened cloth. Blot dry with a clean white cloth and allow to air-dry completely before reuse.


HOW TO CLEAN SUEDE

Clean with a suede eraser and brush. Use the eraser to gently rub away spots, then use the brush to remove surface dirt and scuff marks. Brush all over to revive the nap (the soft fibres that give suede its velvety texture).


CARING FOR EXOTICS

Exotic leathers should not be exposed to water or moisture. If the leather gets wet, immediately wipe dry with a soft cloth, wiping with (not against) the direction of the scales.


READY-TO-WEAR AND SOFT ACCESSORIES

SNEAKERS AND SHOES

Leather (Sneakers and Dress Shoes) Leather dress shoes and sneakers can be cleaned and conditioned with Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer following the directions above.

Suede Clean with a suede eraser and brush. Use the eraser to gently rub away spots, then use the brush to remove surface dirt and scuff marks. Brush all over to revive the nap (the soft fibres that give suede its velvety texture).

Metallic Leather Wipe with a damp cloth. Rub gently to avoid scuffing the metallic finish.


WATCHES

Clean and condition leather watchbands with Coach Leather Cleaner and Coach Leather Moisturizer.

Clean ceramic, rubber and metal watchbands with a soft, damp cloth and a touch of non-moisturized liquid soap if needed. Remove the watchband from the case before you begin. Do not soak the watchband in water, as this can cause the pins to rust.


JEWELLERY

Store in a felt pouch to prevent tarnishing. Remove before swimming or bathing. Do not expose to abrasive household cleaners or creams. Clean with a soft cloth and for silver jewellery, a silver polishing cloth. Do not clean with jewellery cleaner.


EYEWEAR

Clean with gentle non-moisturized liquid soap and warm water. Dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using solvents, alcohol or abrasive cloths, as they can damage the finish on the lenses.
